This is our second year designing for the "Young" Drama Competition. This time, our main concept was to incorporate both the actors from last year's (2016) competition and the crew from the Neighbourhood Performance Group into the poster, using an illustrated style. We referenced actual photos from 2016 to create accurate illustrations of the actors and actresses.

As a fun detail and surprise, we also included the 2016 poster itself—along with other event posters we’ve designed for this client—within the artwork, almost like hidden Easter eggs.
